Shipping & Pickups
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Any order received after 12 noon will be processed the next day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.
Orders will be shipped considering stock availability. We reserve the right to postpone shipping of the order if any ordered item is not available in stock. It this case we will do our best to keep customer informed. Sending orders partially is always under our consideration and that even if products are marked as being in stock.
If you use bank transfer as your payment method, your order will be shipped after the payment amount appears on our bank account. This may take couple of days.
All postage deliveries must be delivered to a address where there is someone that can sign for the package.
Please note that we do not deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Collect.
In most case orders are shipped via Australian Post. Volleyballshop.com.au reserves a right to choose which ever courier company fits the best.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us. Our website has live access to our stock data base. However, because we sell offline the data may not be 100% accurate. Should your order stock availability change or does not pass our pre shipping quality check, we will notify you by email or by a courtesy call.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.
All Australian purchases will receive flat rate delivery. Flat rate shipping is $8.95, for orders above $150 shipping is free. This offer does not apply to International customers.
International shipping costs
Prices are in AUD including GST.
*For bigger items and large order you can be charged additional shipping cost. In that case we will contact you.
eParcel will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that eParcel requires a signature upon delivery hence the importance of supplying a address where there is someone available to accept and sign for the package. Alternatively it will be left your local post office.
If you are not available to sign for the Parcel, someone from your workplace can sign for the parcel on your behalf however if there is nobody available for a signature a card will be left to inform you that the package has been returned to the depot or your local post office.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
Please refer to our website for return policy if you wish to make a return.
We do not offer "Pickup" as a standard delivery option but if you need to receive your order urgently and are flexible about your time, contact us via email email@example.com, phone 1300 865 539 or Facebook/Instagram and we will try to set up a suitable time to meet us in warehouse in Maroubra, Sydney.
