All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Any order received after 12 noon will be processed the next day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.
All postage deliveries must be delivered to a address where there is someone that can sign for the package.
Please note that we do not deliver to a PO Box.
Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us. Our website has live access to our stock data base. However, because we sell offline the data may not be 100% accurate. Should your order stock availability change or does not pass our pre shipping quality check, we will notify you by email or by a courtesy call.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.
Flat rate shipping.
All Australian purchases will receive flat rate delivery *This offer does not apply to International customers.
eParcel will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via eParcel.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
Please refer to our website for return policy if you wish to make a return.
eParcel requires a signature upon delivery hence the importance of supplying a address where there is someone available to accept and sign for the package. Alternatively it will be left your local post office.
What if I am not available to sign for the Parcel
Someone from your workplace can sign for the parcel on your behalf however if there is nobody available for a signature a card will be left to inform you that the package has been returned to the depot or your local post office.
