The HART Agility Ladders are made of durable tubular plastic rungs that provide real-time feedback to the athlete when a square is missed. The rungs are spaced 45cm apart, creating a ladder that effectively challenges foot control, balance, and agility. With hook and loop attachments, multiple ladders can be connected to create longer lengths. This product is available in two sizes: 4m with 10 rungs, making it the ideal choice for precision training. The rungs are firmly attached to the side webbing and cannot be adjusted, making it suitable for use on grass surfaces. However, it is not recommended for use on hard or slippery surfaces. The product also comes with a convenient carry bag for easy transport.
