With a length of 1.25m, these tubes allow for full range of motion to effectively sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body. Each tube features strong cushioned foam handles and a rubber latex tube with heavy duty TPR handles. The set includes resistance levels of green (light - 10mm), red (medium - 11mm), blue (heavy - 12mm), and black (x-heavy - 12.5mm).
